Acceptance of Terms

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 5juta platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow, local bank transfers, and compatible e-wallets.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account details are accurate and belong to them. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect account information provided by the user.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits can be checked in your account after logging in.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in your account, depending on the chosen method.
• The platform reserves the right to place transactions on hold for security verification purposes where necessary.
• All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective rollover requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

The platform does not charge hidden fees to users. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees, which are outside 5juta's control.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance in the account may not be refunded.
